Playboy's Madam Speaks Out Why She Left

Holly Madison shared her relationship with Playboy founder Hugh Hefner with the world — and two other women. As one-third of The Girls Next Door — along with Bridget Marquardt, 35, and Kendra Wilkinson, 23 — Holly put on a happy face at the mansion even as her real-life romance with Hef was crumbling. “The only way I could be happy staying there was if we’d turned our relationship into something more traditional,” Holly, 28, tells In Touch in an exclusive sit-down interview. Instead, devastated over failed attempts to conceive a child with the 82-year-old, Holly finally made the painful decision to leave him in August. “I wanted to have kids,” she says. “When that wasn’t possible, I realized that I had to be honest with Hef and break it off.”

Kendra Wilkinson, another Hef’s ex told US mag that she wasn't surprised Hef, 82, moved on so fast. "I mean, Hef will always be Hef," she said at the Most Interesting Show in the World event in Hollywood on Saturday. "You can never change him. Hef will keep going on. He'll keep loving women; keep loving the big boobs and blondes.  "But it's very rare to get a good batch like Holly, Bridget and I. I don't think they'll be any better than us." She added, "I'll always be there for him. We're all still friends. Nothing is going to change that."

Play-Boy's Hugh Hefner Speaks Up About His Breakup

Hugh Hefner opened up about his emotional breakup with main girlfriend Holly Madison.
"I had planned to spend the rest of my life with Holly," the Playboy mogul told Us magazine, explaining that after their falling out, "I was road kill a couple of weeks ago."

Hef, 82, admits that he and Holly, 28, were unable to have kids, and that played a role in the split: "We tried to have a baby earlier this year and it didn't work out," he said. "She became very depressed." Last month Hef told the mag: "She is still my girlfriend," he said. "Now will that last? I don't think anything lasts forever."
