According to Wire Image, Britney Spears is shown here, with Jim Carrey & girl friend, made a surprise appearance at a fundraiser for Jenny McCarthy's Autism Charity Generation Rescue last Saturday in Los Angeles.This happened two days after she lost custody of her children to K-Fed. She probably pulled this stunt to dispel what might be seen as a devastating blow to her. I wonder how real is that smile.
