Madonna's Guy Emotional Reunion With Sons

Guy Ritchie, with a mystery had an emotional reunion with his two sons, Rocco and David, Yesterday at London's Gatwick Airport.He arrived with a security guard at the airport around 11 a.m. after Madonna agreed to send the boys over from Las Vegas to visit him."Rocco shouted, 'Dad!' in the loudest voice," according to US mag. "Both he and David were smiling. Guy literally threw his coffee on the floor to free up his hands and run over. You could tell they were all so excited to see each other."

The trio then went straight to their London home. They are expected to stay a week. It is the first time he has seen the boys since he and Madonna announced they were divorcing. Madonna and Ritchie have yet to reach a financial settlement over their $525 million fortune or a custody arrangement for their children.

The Material Girl and her Guy 'Finally' Divorcing

It is now being confirmed that pop star Madonna and her husband, the film director Guy Ritchie, are to divorce very soon. Reports in The Sun newspaper this morning say that the couple, who have been married for almost eight years, are to announce their split imminently.

However Mr Ritchie, 40, once rebutted suggestions his marriage was over with a public show of support at Madonna's 50th birthday party in August and gave a US magazine interview in July saying: "My marriage is fine, as far as I'm aware of." Madonna is currently in New York in the middle of her Sticky and Sweet tour. The pair married in December 2000 at Skibo Castle in the Scottish Highlands.

They have two sons together, seven-year-old Rocco and David Banda, who was adopted from Malawi amidst much controversy last year. The singer also has an 11-year-old daughter, Lourdes, from an earlier relationship.

The News said: During the four-act show in Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, a video interlude showed images of destruction, global warming, Adolf Hitler,Zimbabwe's authoritarian President Robert Mugabe and - you guessed it - McCain. In another sequence that was shown later, the images were meant to be positive. Madonna showed pix of late Beatle John Lennon, former Vice President Al Gore, Mahatma Gandhi and presumptive Democratic nominee Barack Obama.
Her action got a prompt response from McCain's campaign. In a statement, Tucker Bounds, McCain's spokesman, slammed Madonna and labeled Obama as a kindred celebrity. "The comparisons are outrageous, unacceptable and crudely divisive all at the same time," he said. "It clearly shows that when it comes to supporting Barack Obama, his fellow worldwide celebrities refuse to consider any smear or attack off-limits."

Alex Rodriguez Won't Donate For Raising Malawi

Alex Rodriguez apparently isn't looking to distance himself from Madonna in the wake of those "affair of the heart" rumblings (denied all around). The New York Daily News reports that the New York Yankees star plans to pony up a major contribution to the Big M's Raising Malawi charity, which aims to help orphans from the impoverished African nation where she adopted David, her 2-year-old son.

"They've asked him for a million dollars, and I hear he's agreed to give at least $500,000," asserts an insider. A-Rod's reps have yet to comment, while the director of Raising Malawi explains to the paper, "Obviously when you're talking about donors, these are private things. I would never reveal information about any donor." If the donation pans out, it'll make a nice birthday present for Madonna, who hits the half-century mark this coming week end.

Alex Rodriguez was at the front of his apartment builder yesterday. When asked how he feels his wife filed for divorcé, [looking like a loser already] he wagged his finger like Bill Clinton saying: "[trust me] it is going to be nasty." And coincidentally, coulple of blocks away, the allegedly home-wrecker Madonna was spotted taking a walk, in the beautiful afternoon, with her house help.
