Naom who's been strutting her stuff on Milan's catwalks for over a decade, headed straight to the boutiques to flex some serious plastic. All for his billionaire beau, I guest. Milan is famed for its designers and uber chic nightlife, so it's hardly surprising it remains a favourite destination for fashionistas and supermodels like Naomi.
